At Beroa our properties are used for Supported and Emergency Accommodation. As defined by the government ‘Supported Accommodation’ is housing provided alongside support, supervision or care to help people live as independently as possible in the community.

At Beroa we aim to provide the best homes that are safe and secure for our Service Users with the best support for those experiencing difficulties with their housing and support needs. Our approach is person-led, so the individual has full autonomy to discuss and decide their journey with Beroa. We work with the individual to identify their support needs to best place them into one of our homes. As part of our services we provide excellent support to individuals delivered by our kind and skilled support team. We work to understand the needs of the community and work with the individual to positively contribute by maintaining their tenancy and gaining the correct level of independent living skills to move on successfully and happily.

Our supported accommodations vary across the West Midlands, however we are increasing our portfolio, working with different Local Authorities and charities to help those in need of accommodation and support.

The majority of the people who live in our supported accommodation are entitled to housing benefit that covers the rent. A calculation will be made on how much rent you will have to pay – our support team will help you with this. There is an additional small service charge that will not be covered by benefits.

The weekly service charge is your contribution to the utilities and towards the support you get. Paying service charges demonstrates you understand the importance of paying bills which will help you budget better when you move onto you permanent housing.

We cover a wide area in the West Midlands. We also work with Staffordshire and Warwickshire Council for different housing needs. You can book a viewing by calling 0121 439 9190. To make a referral you can use the online form, call us or email us on info@beroa.co.uk.

No, you do not have to share your room with anyone.

This depends on the property. Some properties have ensuites and you will only have to share the communal areas with other residents. Some properties you will share the bathroom too.
