At Beroa Home & Support we have established an internal Governance Framework. Put simply it is a combination of processes and structures in place to inform, direct, manage and monitor the activities of the organisation to ensure we can meet our objectives and ensure long term success.

We understand that we are accountable for the services we provide. Therefore, the framework is about how we conduct policy, the activities we perform and the systems and processes we employ while safeguarding people, information and assets.

We also conduct a robust risk management process to strengthen our internal controls. We use our risk management processes to set objectives effectively and be aware of the risks arising of the different objectives being pursued.
